Four Steps to Glow
The Four Steps to Glow provides an effective and efficient skincare routine to help you achieve a glowing, radiant complexion. Regardless of your skin type, three daily steps, complemented by an additional weekly fourth step, nourish your skin for a more luminous glow.
STEP 1
CLEANSE
Cleansing your face and neck at night is an essential first step in your skincare regimen, preparing your skin for the treatments and moisturizers that do their best work while you sleep.
STEP 2
TREAT
Serums and facial oils should be applied after cleansing but before moisturizing.
Consider tailoring this step to your skin's current needs and when seasons change. In wintertime, heat inside and cold outside often lead to dry skin, necessitating the addition of a facial oil either before the moisturizer or blended into it.
Our Brightening Facial Oil—with two powerful forms of Vitamin C—has the added benefit of helping brighten dull skin. Warm weather calls for a lighter facial oil like Azure Facial Oil, with plant-derived “dry oil” squalane. This fast-absorbing oil is marvelous for all skin types, and our acne-prone customers love how Azure helps balance their skin.
A targeted eye treatment, like our Hydro-Firming Eye Serum, brings anti-aging, plumping, and firming to the delicate eye area using powerful peptides, hydrating hyaluronic acid, and firming sea kelp and algae extracts.
Some people prefer using serums and oils and skip facial moisturizers entirely. The key is to find a routine that works best for your skin.
STEP 3
MOISTURIZE
Moisturizers help retain moisture and are especially beneficial when they contain anti-aging ingredients, such as ceramides, peptides, and antioxidants, as found in products like the Grape Acai Firming Moisturizer.
Vitamin Rich Marine Moisturizer is a great option for those with a wide range of skin types, including normal, oily, sensitive, or combination skin.
Want a simpler skincare routine? Consider skipping serums and facial oils in favor of one of these two moisturizers.
Eye and lip balms like Night Bright Eye Balm and Plump It Up Lip Balm are formulated to be richer and thicker to better address the thinner skin.
STEP 4
IN-HOME FACIAL MASKS
Facial masks should ideally be used once a week, or at a minimum, once a month. Depending on the formula, masks can hydrate, brighten, exfoliate, and deep clean the skin.
Our Pumpkin Enzyme Mask features glycolic acid, a form of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that helps slough off dead skin cells, tightening pores, and boosting radiance. Note: Our Vitamin B Serum is excellent for smoothing rough textures and refining pores.
Short on time? You’re in luck! This tingly mask stays on for just 5-10 minutes. If you apply the mask after cleansing your skin, engage in a quick 5-minute chore—like prepping coffee for the next morning. Afterward, remove the mask and proceed with your regular evening skincare routine.
